Sweet Home Chicago...

I am so happy there will be a direct flight from Buenos Aires to Chicago. If there is one thing that I really hated when travelling with a 2 year old and a 5 year old it was making connections at airports.

Apparently American Airlines will use Boeing 767-300 with 30 next generation business class seats (whatever that means) and 191 regular seats. Flying with the little ones there is little hope of me sleeping like in the picture above, but at least I will not have to change planes.

Here is the tentative flight schedule:

From Chicago:
AA961 Departs: 8:10 p.m. Arrives: 10:20 a.m. (next day)

From Buenos Aires**:
AA964 Departs: 8:55 p.m. Arrives: 5:10 a.m. (next day)
** effective Dec. 14, 2007

Well, I remember taking United non-stop flight to Chicago...This was almost 10 years ago. I remember I missed my New York flight and had to exchange my connection flight to Pittsburgh

Hi Argonaut,

I took that flight once as well. I don´t think they have it anymore and I don´t remember when they stopped it.

Hi Frank,

United discontinued the EZE-ORD flight about 18 months ago. I always preferred that flight, rather than having to connect in that abomination of an airport called IAD. Although I'm glad I didn't have to fly through ORD in the last few days given the horrendous weather in the region.

Oh, and that picture you posted was what it's going to be like for your wife, no?

Yeah, she wishes. First class for us is something we remember about and not likely in our immediate future, but one can dream.

I just heard about the weather recently. I had no idea what was going on since I have been too busy trying to drum up sales to fill the coffee store void this month.
